Do you accept returns?
Yes, of course! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase within 14 natural days from the date of delivery. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in full, in the original form of payment.
Have you changed your mind about your order? No worries, you can easily return the unwanted products.
If you changed your mind about your order, or if you placed it by mistake, you can return it as long as the products haven’t been used, opened, and are still in their original packaging and box. Please note that if the return is made due to any of these reasons, the customer will need to take charge of the shipping costs, and it will be their responsibility that the products are returned in the same conditions as they were delivered. Once we receive the parcel, we will check that the products have been returned in the same conditions as they were sent, and that the return procedure has been correctly followed. Once this is done, we will get back to you accordingly. If the return is being accepted, we will refund you of the amount spent, excluding the shipping fee.
How can I return the products? The return process step-by-step:
1-Send an email at [email protected]. and our Customer Love team will advise you on the steps to follow.
2-Prepare the parcel! It’s important you kept the original packaging and box and that the products are in the same conditions as they were sent.
3-Send the parcel via your preferred means. Remember to keep the dispatch note as a shipping proof.
4-We will then check the state of the products and get back to you accordingly.
What about if the product is defective or faulty, or doesn’t match with what I ordered?
If that’s the case, we will take care of everything. This means that we will collect the products and/or we will change them with the correct ones, taking charge of all the costs associated with the return.
