Delivery time

We understand that, as a customer, you expect to receive your order as soon as possible. This is why we work hard to deliver your order efficiently, so that you will be able to receive it in 24/48h (business days). However, please note that during product launches, promotional periods, Black Friday and Cyber Monday delivery times may vary, and being longer than usual.

We will send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped. You will also receive an SMS and an email from DHL with the estimated date of delivery and tracking details. Please note that on weekends and bank holidays, the shipping will be arranged on the following business day.

If you place your order on business days before 11am GMT, you might receive it on the following business day. Otherwise, the delivery time will increase by 1 business day.

How does the shipping work? What happens if I am not at home at the time of the delivery?

There will be a first attempt to deliver your parcel at the address indicated, and if there is no one at home when this happens, the courier will try to leave a delivery note for you. Please keep in mind that this may not always be possible, as it could happen that the courier can’t access the facility in some houses and buildings. After this first attempt, the courier will try to get in touch with you directly to try to schedule another delivery at a more suitable time. If also on this second attempt the courier won’t find anyone at home, your parcel will be taken to the depot, where you will be able to go to collect it. If for any reasons the courier is not able to get in touch with you, please email us at [email protected], so that we can provide you with their contact information or help you with anything you may need.

Can I collect my order at a pick up point?

There is only the home delivery available on our web. However, you can request to collect your order at a pick up point, by following the instructions on the email you will receive from DHL as soon as the order is shipped.

How can I track my order?

On the email and SMS you receive from DHL, you will find the link to track your order at any time.

Can I choose what time to receive my order?

You can leave a message for the courier on the available box you will find before finalising your order. Although they will do their best to accommodate your request, please keep in mind that this may not always be possible as this would very much depend on the deliveries they have scheduled for the day.

What happens if I entered a wrong address?

We recommend to pay full attention and revise the details before finalising the order to make sure that everything is correct, as it will not be possible to make any amendments once the order has been shipped without generating additional shipping costs.
